Cashmere

Born and raised on the west coast, Cashmere’s passion for dance and music inspired her to hit the decks many moons ago.After taking a hiatus to focus on raising her children she is back with fierce inspiration and has been curating sonic journey’s that have been enchanting Dance Temple and various events in the Comox Valley. She is constantly refining her sound and is currently moved by various kinds of House, Trance, Bass, Drum and Bass, Downtempo (to name a few), also weaving in ethnic sounds and a feminine vibration. Her sets have been described as soft and gentle, sexy and deep; she hopes they invoke movement, an emotion, a sense of the sacred and deep release. She believes that movement and music are potent medicines that can have profound healing on all levels of the human condition.
