Diamond Cafe

Diamond Cafe is the moniker of Canadian multi-instrumentalist Tristan Thompson. The project has earned a global cult following blending Thompson’s own take on funk, soul, synth pop, and R&B. Diamond Cafe can be heard in the 4th and 5th seasons of HBO’s Ballers and Gashi’s 2020 album 1984, alongside other notable features including Sting. Thompson has been heralded as a “Funk Pop Prodigy” by Pitchfork and the project was recently named the Zone 91.3’s “Band Of The Month.”
