We are seeking a selection of vendors to offer meals and snacks to guests, performers, volunteers and staff, on-site. Have you got a delicious, healthful, maybe locally sourced, menu that we should consider? Let us know!
Food Vendor Fee: $750+gst,+ 15 meal vouchers. Additionally, Food vendors must agree to accept CW Vouchers for which vendors will be reimbursed at the end of the festival. Fee is payable in 2 payments. Details will be supplied upon confirmation.
Food Vendors will receive 4 (four) Weekend Passes for STAFF. A limited quantity of additional staff passes may be purchased at a special discount, if required.
Food vendors MUST supply a valid VIHA permit AND submit the temporary event permit application to VIHA AT LEAST 14 DAYS prior to the festival. (NOTE: This is in ADDITION to your regular VIHA permit.) Hi-hazard food vendors must also supply proof of insurance ($2million minumum) and add Cumberland Village Works and the Village of Cumberland as named insured.
Food Vendors are required to arrive on Friday August 18 to setup. Food vendors MAY sell on Friday night, as campers will be arriving.
Vendors may not leave until Monday August 21st, 8am.
Maximum power available is ONE 20amp (110v) circuit. Self-powered (sound-insulated generator) trucks and trailers are preferred.
Food vendors must come equipped with grey water tanks.
Potable water hookup is supplied, vendors must supply min 50′ food safe intake hose, and min 50′ 12g power cable. (10g is preferred).
If your setup is not self-contained in a vehicle, you must come equipped with VIHA-approved flooring and roof. Cumberland Wild does not supply tenting or any other infrastructure.
